At the beginning, Vetta's businesses resided in Italy (Vetta is Italian for "Peak"), however has relocated around through the entire brand's background. Vetta relocated business to Park City, Utah in 1994 and to San Francisco, CA in 1998. In 2003, Vetta was purchased by Acumen, Inc.
